How much notice do you require for cake orders?

We typically require 2 weeks notice.

What is your cancellation policy?

All cakes are made to order. For full refunds, please cancel with at least 14 days' notice. A 50% refund is available with 7 days' notice. Cancellations should be sent via email to hello@swirlsandsprinkles.co.uk

When can I collect my cake?

Collection times will be arranged once your order is confirmed.

Do you offer delivery?

This can be arranged, at an additional charge. Please discuss your requirements when booking your cake.

How many portions does my cake serve?

Cakes can be cut in a variety of ways. For example, if you look at our handy cake cutting guide you will see that a 6" cake will serve 14. As all our cakes are 4 layers you can also cut each piece in half to serve 28. We are very happy to offer guidance.

Do you offer custom card toppers?

Yes! Custom card toppers can be arranged for an additional charge. Please discuss your requirements at the time of ordering.

Do you cater for those with special dietary requirements?

As a domestic kitchen with limited space, we are unfortunately unable to offer any free-from alternatives.

What ingredients do your cakes include?

Cake Care Guide

Once your cake leaves our premises, responsible handling, transportation, and storage are your responsibility. To keep your cake beautiful and delicious, transport it flat, ideally in the footwell of your passenger seat. If that isn't possible, place it flat on a non-slip surface in your car boot, driving carefully over bumps.  Your cake should be stored at room temperature. On especially hot days please store your cake in a cool room.  If managed correctly, your cake will remain tasty for 3 to 4 days.
